My consignment lost by dtdc courier

I sent the package via DTDC, pashan-sus road, pune to Accenture office, Ghatkopar. I can see online status is refused by receiver.

From last 30 days, I am following up with DTDC pashan (pune) to get my parcel back but I didn’t get it. Now dtdc owner telling that it might be lost and you can complaint further. I cant do anything.

Value of my parcel is around Rs. 40000.

Please take action on it.
