With utmost agitation and frustration, I am writing in this forum to let Myntra know that the order is still not being delivered or cancelled by myntra. I place my order on 18th december and today it is 1st jan 2024, I have raised multiple tickets to customer care and they just keep borrowing extra time, i raised one ticket on 26 for which resolution was 28 which of course i did not get, Frustrated i cancelled the order and now you guys are not cancelling the order and it is in the same state from more than 48 hours. Myntra is not even cancelling my order nor refunding my money back.
I am so pissed out right now as the order cost of around 16000 rs, is not a small amount to be played with. Myntra is not delivering nor cancelling it and refunding my money back. This has been the situation for more than 12 days.
