Amount debited from account, but order not placed with Flipkart

I tried to placed an order of Infinix Note 30 5G(Sunset Gold, 256GB) on flipkart on dated 31/12/2023 at 11:46PM. My amount Rs 11646 got debited from my bank account while doing payment with SBI debit card but order not placed. Firstly I connected with the bank on SBI branch and they have confirmed that payment of Rs 11646 successfully paid to FLIPKARTINPL MUMBAI and there is no issue so I connected with the customer support multiple times by call, email and on social media but they are not providing and authentic information. I request you please raise a case against Flipkart and ask a compunsation of Rs 100000 along with my amount.
