Myntra is not returning a defective product they delivered

I placed an order of Chumbak brand cups ‘set of 4 cups’ from Myntra. They delivered the product with 1 broken cup in packet. I saw the product and immediately placed a return request. But now Myntra is not ready to return the product saying it failed quality check. I raised the issue with Myntra customer care team but they are not helping. Everytime I raise an issue they just close it without providing any solution. Product worth rupees 1196. It seems like Myntra is looting their customers, that is why I am raising this complaint against Myntra
