I placed order for Anouk Women Grey Printed Kurta with Churidar Dupatta and Anouk Women Blue Yoke Design Kurta with Churidar Dupatta for L size. On Dec 30 th I requested for an exchange with size M.
On jan 4 th Delivery guy came with size M Grey kurta , along with Grey kurta. he also collected Blue Kurta. He was in spo much hurry that he left without giving return slip. He also did not update exchange status. After 2 days another delivery guy came with Blue kurta, when I told him the original L size blue kurta is aleready picked up by first guy he left without giving M sized kurta. Now Myntra is not providing refund and neither providing the product. The only response I get from customer care is wait 24 hours.
I paid 1254 rs and now neither have the product nor have the money. worst experience ever. never ever purchase anything from myntra, horrible customer care, horrible experience.
