I Have booked Uber cab today from L7T serene county to NCC building on inorbit mall road . The fair it shows when I booked was 59.53 but driver charged me 165 Rs. and Uber says its due to previous cancel request . But previous trip was cancelled by Driver and not by me . Why should I pay this extra money when their driver only cancelled trip. Driver never came at pickup point . He just come and run away ant stayed there. Uber is cheating me and taken extra money . Please help me to get my money back. I tried to resolve this with their support staff but they have given me more mental torture.
