Negligence by Kutchina to fulfill AMC

Did AMC by Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd., Guwahati on 19/10/14 for 3 years on payment of Rs. 3600 by cheque. But they visited only once on 11/06/15 for mandatory checks. They didn’t come for rest of the mandatory checks. Also neglected phone calls. How can I get justice.
