No Amazon Prime benefit with Airtel 499 postpaid plan

I ported-in to Airtel on 8th November, 2021 with 499 postpaid plan which mentioned that Amazon Prime is available free for 1 year. But after activating my number, I found that in the airtel app that the Amazon benefit is showing claimed. When I called customer care, I was told that Amazon Prime is once in a lifetime and I have claimed the same when I was on Airtel network in 2020. This benefit wont be available even if I port out to other network and port in to Airtel even after 1 year. This point is no where mentioned in the Airtel website (https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions/postpaid) and not even the store person ever told the same thing.

If Airtel would have told this point, then I would have chosen some other operator providing the same benefit. But now after activating, I am being told that its once in a lifetime. This looks like airtel deceiving customers. I demand Amazon Prime benefit.
