I have ordered an aquasure maxima RO+UF+LTDS Water purifier from www.eurekaforbes.com paying Rs. 9599.00 getting a assurance of delivery between 19th of June 2020 to 25th of June 2020.
From 19th June I started chasing with the company via email and also via customer care number 0226170577.
In day one they responded and assured me that I will get the product as soon as possible.
After that when I tried to get the status again no response found so I escalate to the company ceo on his provided email id and the very next day some one from Eureka side called and assured me that I will get my product within 7 to 10days when I saw no progress on that, I again call the customer care and under their guidance I started for return product process to get the money refund again getting an assurance of getting the payment with in 7working days. I have still struggling and no paid amount has returned yet. And now there customer care team is not receiving my calls nor responding to my emails.
Please help me on this and let me know if anything more you need from my end.
