I want to report a fraud case in which the vendor sold the fake product to me on the name of HP product. Below are the events in the sequence and also I am attaching all the proofs and original bill: –
1) I bought a HP HS04 battery on the date of 13th July 2019 from the vendor “LAPPY REPAIR ZONE F-29 1st Floor SAVITRI MARKET, SECTOR 18 Noida pin code-201301”. Bill is attached with the mail. The seller sold this battery on the name of HP original battery with GST bill and the price of the battery was 2950 inr including GST.
2) In June 2020 the battery stopped working so, I reported the incident to the vendor and he suggested me to come to Noida on his shop. I live in Swaroop Nagar, New Delhi. Inspite of sending him all the details on whatsapp he asked me to come to his shop. I went to his shop and that day he told me to go to an authorized service centre. I asked him that this thing you can also inform me on call so that I could go directly there instead of wasting my precious time to come to noida in this coronavirus pandemic.
3)On 20th June 2020,I went to service centre Okhla where the engineer Rxxxv informed me that this product is fake and will not come under support service. He gave me written proof which is attached with the mail.
4) I informed the same thing to the vendor and forwarded him the written proof on whatsapp. On which he asked me to come to his shop again. I went there and he told me that he will talk to his distributor on this and will do something. He took the product & gave me a receipt on his shop’s visiting card. Also attaching the same.
5) On 24th June 2020, I contacted him to know the status but he disconnected my call and was not responding in a positive way. He is not in the mood to resolve the issue.
I am very much frustrated due to this incident and also facing mental harassment due to this issue as that vendor whenever I talk to him always talks in a rude manner and is not in the mood to resolve the matter.
