I placed order on Ajio app for sketchers sandals. It got delivered late and before the guy delivers I tried to cancel it but I couldn’t cancel it as it was dispatched and according to Ajio rules I was allowed to cancel it at the time of delivery and I tried todo so but the delivery guy refused and forced me to keep it and place a return request saying that by doing so he will earn money and out of humanity I listen to him and did what he instructed. On that same day I placed the return request the guy never showed up and updated on his end portal that he attempted the pick-up. Please look into this matter as it is a pretty huge amount. And I need my money back I cannot waste it because of reckless of a delivery guy.
