We were to board from Pune 2ac train# 12129 azad hind express on 28th july 2023. the train was delayed by more than 6 hrs. i tried to cancel my ticket after i reached the station n find out the delayed departure. we were unable to decide immediately to cancel or travel . we are senior citizens. & when we tried to cancel the ticket 3 hrs prior to the new departure time the booking app did not accept the tdr, therefore we did a simple cancellation, and to our shock it informed there will be no refund. its our hard earned,saved money Rs 6,000 plus. kindly help us get back our refund.
for no reason of ours we bearing this . looking forward to a favourable decision
