No replacement, no refund from Flipkart for defective product

I Have ordered Butterfly Rhino 2 Ltr Wet Grinder (order OD110369362681223000 ) on 1st of Oct & received a damaged product on 6th Oct, i have raised a complaint on same day requesting for a replacement, till date every time i raise a return request i get 3 days time for pickup & final day the request is cancelled saying they do not have service in that location.

I have sent multiple e mails & multiple calls requesting for replacement or refund but no proper response from Flipkart.
