No replacement of my defective mobile received from flipkart

I had ordered Android phone realme 5 Pro from Flipkart  and received a defective product from Flipkart then I requested Flipkart for the replacement of the product and which is to be pickup on October 15 and  which has not been pickup yet and has been cancelled. Pickup was cancelled because pickup agent has been denied to take return of the phone now again I requested for pickup of my order from Flipkart and I think it will not be picked up again I think this all bad experiences from courier service that is Ecom Express but Flipkart is also involved in this bad experience pls take this serious and resolve my issue.
