No response on return pick up by online dealer

No response on return pick up by online dealer

We have ordered items online from All – The online store, that is owned by future group. I have initiated the returns on the same day when I received it. Its been 10 days and we have not received any communication from the support team even after raising the complaints multiple times. The value of products to be picked up and refunded is around 18000 rupees. Below is order and complain history

Calling since 14th March nobody raised complaint for pickup.
