Non delivery of item from Amazon by Ecom express

I having issues with the couriered item from Amazon. Courier department from Ecom do not want to deliver the item at designated location and they are falsifying system records that customer is out of station. The designated location is my permanent home location where my senior citizen father and mother is always present. I request the authorities to go through the issue and take necessary steps.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon.
