We booked them for relocating our household items from Mumbai to Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) comprising AC, LED, Sofa, Fridge, Washing Machine, Microwave and other items/equipemts for INR 25,000 and advance of 500. They had assured experienced professionals will come for packing and loading, however only 1 personnel (wearing their branded t-shirt) seemed professional out of the 3 people provided by them on the date of loading i.e. 14th September 2018. They even took 80% advance on the same day along with tip which wasnt mentioned anywhere.
Initially they had assured delivery within 4-8 days which they later changed to 7-10 days. We patiently waited for a week and eventually the ordeal started. We have been constantly following up with them almost everyday and they are assuring the delivery within a day or two (at times even the same day and at times claiming that your delivery is at your destination).
On 2nd October, they informed that goods have reached Gurgaon which is ahead of Bhiwadi and it will be delivered by 3rd October with guarantee. Today, when we again reached out to them , they informed there is come payment issue because of which gurgaon personnel is not delivering. They asked us to pay more or else arrange our delivery from gurgaon on our own and at our own cost. We are stranded now and not even sure if our shipment is in safe condition.
