Non delivery of product by Amazon

I have booked a saree (Magnetite Women’s Georgette & Net Saree)vide online on amazon on date 04/10/17. It has not been delivered yet but it is showing delivered on date 10/10/17. On querying with customer care about the problem on date 11/10/17, I am not getting any satisfactory reply as what is actual problem and when it will be delivered to me. The same problem is with other product (Slings Manual Food Processor)which was booked on amazon too on date 05/10/17 which is showing delivered on 09/10/17.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
