On 2nd of 2017 I ordered a lava a72 battery worth 449 from jaxtakart.com. it was unavailable with other websites. I made payment via debit card. It was given that battery would be shipped in 3 days. But till now it’s not shipped. I tried emailing them. But no reply. Tried calling their customer support. But it’s always busy or office is closed. Even within their specified time. I don’t have faith in the company anymore. Please cancel my order and refund me my money. My order I’d is #280051
