Non Delivery of Shipment – Blue Dart

My shipment to Gurgaon which was booked against the commitment the very next day delivery / at the maximum 3rd day from Date of Booking is still yet to be delivered even after 5th day.

InSpite of spending huge amount and preferring the so called reputed Blue Dart, I am still waiting for my consignment to be delivered even after the time line committed.

Evry time I call the customer care, I was told that I will be arraanged a call back and no resolution towards delivering my Consignment yet.

I would have opted normal Speed Post or through some other courier service rather choosing this 3rd graded service provider Blue Dart.

Never ever will recommend this to anybody.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
