Non refund of booking amount from Maruti dealer

I have booked Baleno with Sehgal autoriders Pvt. Ltd. Fatima Nagar Pune Nexa dealer and it has been more than a month I have cancelled my booked and dealer is not ready to refund my money which is in line with company cancellation policy, I have escalated this to Maruti as well but they also seems to be helpless in front of the dealer.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
