All India Management Association (AIMA) is conducting Management Aptitude Test (MAT) every year, this year I appeared by paying Rs.1100 as fee on 6th March 2021. But due to their poor online payment gateway, twice payment got deducted from my account and credited to their account (not failed transaction) but , no any response from their gateway and third time after phone call to AIMA about this issue , payment Rs,.1100 was successful . Means , they have collected Rs. 2200 excess from me.
This issue of excess payment have been informed to them by phone and by e-mail on the same day , i-e , 6th March 2021. Until now , in spite of daily follow ups and reminder , no result . one month passed , AIMA remains lethargic.
I am student , I am earning a small amount of money by part time jobs.
