Online fraud by data entry company

I have been taking work online and i have complate it bt now the company counting the silly and small mistake in my work and also the not give me the proper answer for it .. they also signed agreement with me and as agreement if the work is not doing correctly then after they give me the another chance bt now they say i have to do work all the work another time. now what should i have to do..

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
