Online shopping fraud through Instagram

I Had online order through instagram link brand_cod to purchase shoes amt of 2000 as per instruction of Alim Shaikh. i had submitt the rs.2000 as on date 30/05/2019 with ref no. 91xxxxxxxx8 on above mentaioned account of BOB still waiting not delivered my product as per chatting he had no reaply my messages now more days are go they didt not delivered my order.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
