Refund from Travolook – Rs.3,279/- : Mr. Animesh Patnaik of Raipur 492001, Chattisgarh booked a flight ticket from Prayagraj to Bhubaneshwar (Indigo Airlines) on 9th Aug, 2021 from website travolook.in. Travolook said that the ticket got cancelled and the amount will be credited in 7-10 days. However, even after 12 days the customer did not receive refund. From the day he was having problems with the machine. He many times but he was not getting service from Prestige.
