Order cancellation harrassment by myntra

Actually i have ordered a bag from Myntra.First they delayed than i raised a complaint in customer care. But after two days they returned the order without contacting me. After cancellation of order I called to customer care. Their senior person requested me that he will arrange that order on same price with in two days. After two days i again called to customer care now they again promised me that they will arrange me that product on day end. But two has been gone. But all in wain. Please help me. I have all recordings

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
