I placed a order on 10-11-2017, but till 16th Nov I didnt received any update from the team regarding the confirmation and order delivery date. On 17th Nov i received an email stating that your order is confirmed and you will get the tracking number soon, but still they have not provided me with the correct tracking number.
I called them repeatedly on their toll free number, called them on the number provided in invoice but no-one responded me.I called some other number of Harman Audio and came to know the tracking number,but the tracking number is even invalid on the website.
