Unable to port out from Reliance

I had number in Reliance. suddenly i receive porting code from company,, and i heared that company is closing their number ,,i am trying to port my no from reliance to another company but they r refusing it to do as one side company is declare the time line and another side it closed its customer care no too. what can i do i cant understand how to handle this situation.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
