Order not delivered by Miracas even after a month

I have ordered a product worth RS 1295 from miracas.com online shopping website on 4th april .My order no was 84585.They are not responding to any mail or messages. It’s been over a month since I have placed an order. I am not getting any updates on the same.The contact details provided on website are fraudulent?.I want my money to be refunded.
