Order not delivered by Streetstylestore

I placed an order for 2 shoes on “Streetstylestore”. for Rs. 1049 on 7th of January, 2018. The order status showed “dispatching in 20 days”. Later, the order status has disappeared and I cannot see the update anymore. I have raised a query on their website twice and there is no revert or update about it. They have a 5 to 21 days delivery policy. Its 24n days now and there is no update.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines.
