A finance company named Snapmint which provides emi. An online application was to be filled and I filled with every document they required to buy a smartphone on EMI. After submitting the application they called me next day to confirm the order. I paid the downpayment of Rs. 1100 and after paying the payment the order status is still showing in progress. It’s been 2 weeks and I tried hard to contact them on call or via emails. Send emails on their email ids on daily basis but don’t even reply, not even calling me to solve the issue. What to do?

I order a prduct from snapmint now it almost 3 days my order is not confirmed and I am trying to contact the customer care no want is responding very worsh app .
I have the same problem. I orderd a OnePlus neckband before 2 weeks but till now they can’t proceed my order . It says order delayed. Shipment not started yet.

I was ordered noise smartwatch colorfitpro2 in snapmint. I have paid downpayment 380. Then customer support was telling u have to pay 200 because of product price increased … I think this app is fake and illegal… just I want money refund…
