I had placed an order from Swiggy on 10th December 2019. I had paid for a khichdi and a rasgulla. However, I only received a khichdi. The company is not willing to acknowledge this and hasn’t responded to me in over 40 hours now. I have been trying to reach them from a really long time but all I am receiving are automated responses. I know that the amount is petty but Swiggy’s absolute lack of integrity in the matter is extremely disheartening. I have faced similar issues with the platform multiple times in the past. Please help me in reaching out to Swiggy and warning them about their inefficient systems.
