Refund not received in TMW wallet after product return to Flipkart

Want refund amount in tmw Wallet virtual card account. Value: 183/-rs. I have done purchase from flipkat using tmw Wallet virtual card online and after purchasing the product I did return the product I got massage for amount refund and Rs183- I have checked online and call tmw Wallet customer service they are saying we have put service on hold how can they do it, please help me get it done.
