I have brought nike Odyssey react shoes in myntra in a sale on 21 st december costing 5661.40 which now cost 8396.00 but the delivery agent didn’t try any attempt and after contacting customer care service they had also given 72 hour of time but they didn’t take any initiative after also raising a complaint .Now they have to reshiped to their origin without my concern as they say it has concern by me but it is not true and now I have to pay extra for the same. Product due to their own problem ..
Now may I ask the people and persons who can take initiative as these company mantra which say or promise to give product at lesser cost but they didnt gave me A product of my desire and price they chosen in sale .So why there is any kind of sale they promised to us to consumers
