I visited a multiplex in Lucknow ( Saharaganj Mall -PVR ), to view movie ‘URI – The Surgical Strike ‘ on 29/01/2019. This movie has been declared tax-free by the UP Govt , but thier was no display at the ticket window to the effect and therefore most of the customers were not aware of it.
I was asked to give Rs 410 /- for two tickets and then thereafter handed over a food voucher to be uses during the show as an additional benefit . When I later viewed the printed ticket i saw Rs 119/- to be the price of one ticket . I therefore was cheated into paying extra money without by agreement / knowledge of the same.
