Packet not delivered by ondot courier company

I booked a packet containing important legal documents for Noida on 29.09.2018. Neither it is delivered till writing of this complaint Nor getting any satisfactory reply response from the different people and on the numbers given either on site or given by the people i spoke for enquiry of my booked packet. Kindly take necessary action or otherwise i will be forced to seek help in this regard. Docket No. 75000419994

    Have you got any update from Indian Consumer Board yet? As I am planning to lodge complain against 1 courier companies…
