I have appplied a pancard for my firm “writations”. As per NSDL it was dispatched on 20 july 2020 by Velvex logistics, but it is not delivered till date and tracking status is showing it was delivered on 5 aug. 2020, But it is not. (Although I received E PAN CARD on the same day). We called them but no response. Velvex company doesn’t have branch in jaipur according to details mentioned on google, so we cannot contact them . Pls. Look into the matter soonest possible.
