We have sent a consignment from Chennai to Bhillwara(Rajasthan) on October 9 2021 but the consignment has not been received at Bhillwara and has been stuck somewhere in Delhi. It’s been a month since we got any response from DTDC. We have been calling them multiple times but in vain. Hence, I would kindly request you to take a strict action against them and help us get a refund against the courier.
We have also mailed them multiple times about the same to DTDC but of no avail. Hence, we require help from you on this.
Amount: 12000/- for the consignment packet and 360/- is the courier charge.
In total, the amount that needs to be refunded is 12360/-.
