I placed order on Jiomart website on 16/07/2020. After 3 days it got returned on its own. When I tried to contact the delivery person, it was wrong no. I got only a partial amount – Rs. 334 out of my total payment Rs. 1032 paid. After calling them multiple times on their customer care no. and writing series of mails since 06/08/2020, there is no refund yet. They did not call back anytime and also, response to emails are all mechanical. There is no fixed process/period they have mentioned for refund. There is no proper responsibility matrix they share for complaints. order no. 15948948579039924W.
