TWO months ago I made the mistake of buying furniture online from Pepperfry. It was a Winona Sideboard with six pull out shelves and two cupboard doors. Since receiving it the two cupboard doors do not close once opened and the six pull out shelves do not slide out. After repeated complaints they said they would send a carpenter to fix the problem. That was one month ago. We are really frustrated in dealing with Pepperfry.

The carpenters sent by Pepperfry came on 15/9/2017 and fixed the defective sideboard very competently. Thank you for your valuable assistance as the CEO of Pepperfry saw the complaint I had filed with your office, based on which you must have contacted them, and took immediate action. Previous to your help I had spent over one and a half months to initiate this repair action. Once again thank you very much.
