Pest Reject company not adhering to their Return policy

I bought 8 pieces of Pest Reject for my farm house in Lonavala, by paying them online a sum of Rs 5,396/-. But when I tried one, I was shocked to see the noise it generates. Forget pest running away from our house, even we too will run away hearing this irritating noise.

I tried calling them several times on their help desk nos 82875 85287 / 93184 28538, and they are refusing to pick my phone. I have also send WA message to Pxxxt who is their Help desk agent, but she is refusing to answer to my messages. I know these people will not take their rubbish stuff away, in spite of mentioning about their return policy.

My humble request to all. Pl be careful before purchasing this equipment, because it is sold my a company in North India, who are famous in giving false promises. Since I have lost beyond 5 grand of my hard earned money. I thought of cautioning rest of my fellow Indians, to not get cheated by this company selling this Pest Reject equipment to get rid of pests.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
