When i was doing exit from Phoenix mall(Mahadevapura) i gave my card to pay parking charge. The parking guy said it was unsuccessful, i’ll try with other machine. meanwhile their security guard came and start fighting with me to move my car. In this heated argument i gave him my card to swipe again and this time it worked . When i came out i saw 2 message of 2 different amount deducted. they are intentionally doing this to earn money
