I ordered for a pizza from Dominos restaurant which is located in coles road fraser town through Online payment on 09-12-2018. Where as after half an hour i receive a call stating that the pizza cannot be delivered to my location as it is Non-serviceable zone and hence i have to collect it from the Richards town which is 1 KM far from my location. I tried calling the Coles road branch support and spoke to the superiors no one were ready to listen my query. Its pathetic service which i had to go through and will never recommend Dominos in my entire lyf.
My question is if it is unserviceable zone then Why did the Dominos app allowed me to place an order and Why was the previous orders been delivered at my door step.
