Poor Mileage & Pick up of Yamaha Alpha vehicle

I have purchased Yamaha Alpha vehicle .Have complained at corporate office at Cochin for low mileage ,howvever they are negligent and not much bother about the customer issues. Have also tried to get in touch with the corporate office at Noida where no one picks the call.
I have registered online complaint as well but so far noone from Yamaha corporation called to sort out the matter. There is no adequate response hence like to take it up .

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
