Complaint against Keve shop facebook store online shopping

I was ordered 3shirts as on 17th February 2020, on Keve shop through Facebook app store. But still I didn’t received my order no.#1461. Payment also Rs. 598 already paid along with the order. Their email ID and contact number both are showing fake in their website. Though one email is working , automatic fake responsee has been set in that So, now I want to refund my amount what I have paid along with interest @10% per month.
Because I had taken loan for paying the amount. So, kindly solve my query as soon as possible.
