Poor quality cotton kurti delivered by Dropreels, no support

My self resident of near by Kolkata city, West Bengal. PO-South Garia, PS-Baruipur, Dist-South 24 Parganas, State-West Bengal,Pin-743613.

On 21st August I had, ordered a Kurti set to Dropreels at Rs. 799/- as Cash on delivery option. They delivered the order via EKART. My wife receive the order and pay 799/- rupees. Then opened the pack and check that it was Torn,dusty,old and used Kurtis. All 3 nos of cloths are just un-usable.

Further there web site not opened for refund option and I have just feeling cheated by these organization. I also wondered how ekart not help me in this case.

I am helpless and want to interfere you in this case and support me to refund my Rs. 799/-. Under this circumstances my only hope is your help.
