Poor quality NOkia 3310 DS from Flipkart vendor

I parchess a new “nokia 3310 ds” and it is delivered to me on time. When we have received the product they are look like fake peace, dummy model. And after some time i m charging the mobile but after 4 hour’s they not charged and also software not looking as nokia. Then i m not a happy with the same product. So we have send the Request for the return but they are not accept tha product and also not refunds. Pls help us.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
