Poor service from Reliance Big TV DTH

I am customer of reliance digital tv from last 4 years . There is severe problem in broadcasting of all channels of digital tv from last 30 days bearing smart card no 200883930918 . I dropped a number of mails to nodalofficer[@]reliancedigitaltv.com and am yet to receive any update . Registered one complaint with national consume helpline And registered complaint with pgportal.gov.in a week ago.

Refund from Yepme – Rs.674/-: Mr. Vikram Rathod of Gandhinagar, Gujarat ordered an Item on 11th October on yepme.com and cancel it on 12th October. But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme. Refund from Safal Teachers institute – Rs.3000/-: Ms. Namrata Gorava, Mumbai, Maharashtra had paid Rs.3000/- for a course but she did not attend the same and she wanted refund. She requested the institute for refund but did not get any response. Ms. Gorava posted her complaint with ICF on 11-07-2019 and the matter was taken up with the institute.
