I am customer of reliance digital tv from last 4 years . There is severe problem in broadcasting of all channels of digital tv from last 30 days bearing smart card no 200883930918 . Refund from MMT – Rs.1,600/- : Mr Sangin Soni, Vadodara 390010, Gujarat (sangin.soni[@]cssgroupindia.com) booked ticket on makemytrip website on 5th Dec’14 from Ahmedabad to Pune. He did not get any confirmation from MMT or transaction SMS from the credit card company. Therefore he booked the same ticket through another travel portal. Kishore K, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, andhra pradesh Email: kallepu_k(at)yahoo.com bought Dabur honey from satvik shop.com Jan 2 2013 via order no7000018208. They failed to deliver the product even after continuous follow up. They finally said the would refund the money but Mr. Kishore did not get the money. Customer charged for unsolicited debit card – Complaint against ICICI Bank: Dr. Boopathi Manickam of Madurai (psbmmba@yahoo.co.in) posted a complaint with ICF with regard to ICICI bank debiting charges on account of debit card issued by the bank but was not received by Dr. Manickam. Bank did not respond to his complaints. ICF submitted Dr. Manickam’s complaint to the bank and the charges were subsequently reversed. ICICI Bank - 30.12.2009

Refund from Myntra.com -Rs. 2,778.46: Mrs. Ambrine Syeeda, Bangalore placed an order with Myntra.com on 12-12-2014 against order ID: 24549859.
