We have a savings bank account at Vasant Kunj Sector-A post office with cheque facilities.The account no .is 1xxxxxxxxxx9.I had issued a cheque no.6xxxxx2 in favour of Citi Bank for the amount of Rs.4809 on 21.03.2017. this cheque was dishonoured by Post office without any rhyme or reason. There is sufficient fund and the cheque was made out properly without any error.Please note that no reason for dishonour was provided by Citi Bank. Due to the sheer incompetence or negligence on behalf of the Post office.Now I have to pay cheque dishonour fees with interest to Citi Bank. I put my complaint with post office on 4.5 2017.My registered complaint no.is 10007591996. Till today I have not received any response from post office.Please look into the matter urgently.Thanking you.
